We require a support worker for different supports over the week for a 35 year old male with a physical disability.
For personal and social supports on Tuesdays and Saturdays 8:30 to 5pm.
Alternate Saturday evening with overnight sleep support 5pm to 9am.
Alternate Sundays 9am to 5pm.
A very structured position for a committed and experienced carer.
Requirements for this position are:
Certificate III individual support or relevant experience
First aid and CPR certificate
Manual Handling & Hoisting Skills
Drivers Licence
All Covid 19 vaccinations
Up to date police clearance less than 6 months old
2 professional references
Non-smoker
