Premier  Care offers a wide range of services to people within various community settings in all areas of Sydney including western Sydney. Premier Care specialises in providing a wide range of services to the aged and people with disabilities to allow them to live independently in their home and access services within their community. We are currently seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and efficient individuals with experience working within the areas of disability and aged care. Experience working with people with spinal cord injuries would be an advantage. Criteria: Must Mandarin Speaking First Aid Certificate  Must be reliable and able to work early morning shifts Must have current full NSW Drivers Licence  Own reliable vehicle, and willing to travel out of area, if required Strong communication and documentation skills (verbal and written skills are both required)  Must be energetic and show enthusiasm  Have initiative and a positive attitude  Have a team focus and be committed to achieving excellence in person centred care  Experience and willingness to work with people with a disability within the home care sector Excellent presentation skills  Police check   Working with Children check Desirable: Cert 3 or 4 in Disability Care, Aged Care or Home and Community Care or equivalent  Experience working within the community/ home care industry  Only Candidates being offered an interview will be contacted.

Premier Care provides attendant care services to people with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, intellectual disability, frail aged and people with other conditions that limit their everyday lifestyle. We currently have a position for a Client Services Manager within the disability sector. In this dynamic role, you will work in partnership with the client and/or Support Worker to provide Client management and provide training and competencies of staff. The right candidate will have a genuine love for working within the Disability industry, and experience. The position is a newly developed role and will start as a Part time position with the view to full time. A successful candidate will have the following: A passion for high quality client-focused care in a community setting Exceptional communication skills Able to work autonomously and within a team environment Excellent time management and organisation skills Commitment to ongoing professional development Provide clinical advice on various clinical areas of care to patients, Oversee client administration, NDIS paperwork, including general administration Records management, including continual quality management and improvement. Professional liaison with clients and carers Co-ordination of a community-based needs Experience in take & compliance aspects of NDIS clients, strong understanding of home care. RN would be highly regarded for this role.
