We are looking for someone who is fun loving, caring, supportive and positive to assist with the personal care and social calendar of a young lady living with special needs.   The Position Each day is different in this rewarding role, and requires you to have not only a motivated, nurturing and positive attitude, but also a dedication to see this young lady succeed.   You will be working in the family home and therefore need to be able to balance that personal intimacy of family life with being a valued employee and professionalism.  You will be responsible for: Planning and organising a range of daily activities (fortnightly in advance and spur of the moment) taking her to and being involved in social and recreational activities i.e. riding for the disabled, going to the beach, going to the movies, meeting her friends for lunch etc. providing emotional and social support assisting in her career goals supporting with self-care responsibilities   About You...
