Here's how you will be helping

• About the Member: We have a lovely lady in her golden years who is seeking a team of Helpers to support her to remain living independently at home with her family. She loves to have a chat & enjoys watching tennis, cricket & crime shows. She has described her ideal Helper as someone who also likes to have a chat and is engaging.
• Visits available: 1 hour every day (8am to 9am or 9am to 10am) & some evening visits (5:30pm to 6:30pm)
• Personal Care - Support with showering, toileting and dressing
• Medication Support - Assisting with prompting for medication
• Manual Handling -  The Member requires some assistance with mobilising
• Companionship - Providing company through friendships, interests and activities
• Domestic Assistance - Help to prepare breakfast and/or dinner for the Member

What is needed to apply for this opportunity

• Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (or prepared to obtain one)
• A successful National Police Check issued within the past 2.5years (or willing to apply)
• Certificate III in Aged Care/ Disabilities/Individual Support or above would be beneficial
• Driver's License and own vehicle preferred
• Relevant professional experience with Aged Care/Disability Support
• Smartphone to use the Five Good Friends App Lookout
