Here's how you will be helping
Five Good Friends provides both aged care and disability support services. You will receive opportunities via the App for matches with Members who have varying home and garden needs. Visits may range from 1hr to several hours depending on the needs of the Member. Some visits may be adhoc whilst others may be regular and ongoing.
We are looking for people who can provide the following services:
- Yard Maintenance - e.g. mowing, weeding, yard tidy, gardening, watering plants, disposing of garden waste
- Home Maintenance - e.g changing light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries, or fixing a gate latch
What is needed to apply for this opportunity
- Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (or prepared to obtain one)
- A successful National Police Check issued within the past 2.5years (or willing to apply)
- Relevant Disability Screening Check (or willing to apply)
- Driver's License and own vehicle required. A trailer would also be beneficial
- Smartphone to use the Five Good Friends App Lookout
- Experience in yard and home maintenance
- We are looking for people who have their own equipment (for example: lawn mower, whippersnipper, basic tools).
