We are currently seeking a Care Advisor to join our Home Caring team to support and grow our care services across the Southern Highlands/Wollondilly region area. Working closely with a supportive group, the essential role of the care advisor is responsible for developing effective relationship and helping client to gain access to the NDIS funding or individualised services. Similarly, help the elderly in need to gain access to aged care funding by assisting them to register with the myagedcare portal.
Ideally, you will be passionate about helping people and making a positive impact in the community. Outgoing, willing to meet new people and have a strong communication skill.
Prior experience working in aged care or NDIS is preferable but not essential as training will be given.
