Job Description

We are currently seeking a Care Advisor to join our Home Caring team to support and grow our care services across the Southern Highlands/Wollondilly region area. Working closely with a supportive group, the essential role of the care advisor is responsible for developing effective relationship and helping client to gain access to the NDIS funding or individualised services. Similarly, help the elderly in need to gain access to aged care funding by assisting them to register with the myagedcare portal.

About you

Ideally, you will be passionate about helping people and making a positive impact in the community. Outgoing, willing to meet new people and have a strong communication skill.

Prior experience working in aged care or NDIS is preferable but not essential as training will be given.

What we offer:

The individual signs a contract with Home Caring and is paid by the bonus system set out below.

  1. $60 per client (care advisor admin time)
  2. $150 referral bonus – through payroll if current employee; gift card if not
  3. $250 care advisor bonus if Level 1 or 2 Home Care Package, or $5,000 - $25,000 NDIS package signed exclusively to us **
  4. $500 care advisor bonus if Level 3 or 4 Home Care Package, or over $25,000 NDIS package signed exclusively to us
  5. ** If a CDC client is approved L3 or L4, but is assigned a lower level; the Care Advisor may receive extra $250 if higher level assigned while client still signed with Dementia Caring.
